BIM Manager / Senior BIM Coordinator
About the position
This position is for a BIM Manager to join a leading design studio on either a contract or permanent basis, supporting the delivery of a high-profile hotel project in New York.
You will lead the implementation of Revit within a studio that is currently AutoCAD-based, setting up BIM from the ground up including templates, families, drawing standards and workflows, and ensuring the project is fully Revit-ready.
Working closely with the project and leadership teams, you will act as the BIM expert, advising on best practice, defining project requirements and embedding efficient processes for the duration of the project.
You will also support the setup and coordination of a project-specific team, including BIM Coordinators and Revit Designers or Technicians, to ensure efficient production, delivery and day-to-day model coordination.
The studio is open to both contract and permanent candidates.
