This is a full-time, front-of-house and operational support role at a design-led architecture studio, combining reception duties with wider studio coordination. The Receptionist & Studio Assistant plays a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of staff and visitors, ensuring the studio runs smoothly, is well-organised, and delivers a professional and welcoming environment. The role is highly varied, people-facing, and central to studio culture and operations.

- Excellent written and spoken English
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to take initiative

- Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar systems
- Previous experience in a front-of-house, administrative, or hospitality role (preferred)
- Interest in design, architecture, or the creative industries (desirable)
Our client is a multidisciplinary design studio of around 70 architects, interior designers, and researchers based in North London. Operating as a collaborative “design house,” the studio brings together expertise in materials, craft, and technology to develop and realise innovative projects. With an emphasis on making, experimentation, and interdisciplinary exchange, the studio fosters a dynamic and creative working environment supported by a dedicated operations team.
