About the position

An opportunity for an FF&E Designer to join a design and development studio on a 3–6 month contract, supporting the delivery of a 500-unit prime residential scheme.

This is a freelance position to support the increased workload of this project, focused purely on FF&E across multiple apartment types, communal areas and amenity spaces. You will be responsible for developing FF&E proposals, ensuring a cohesive design language across the scheme.

The role will also involve delivering the FF&E for a marketing suite and liaising closely with external visualisation teams to bring the scheme to life.

About the candidate

The ideal candidate will be an FF&E Designer with experience working on residential developments or contemporary-led residential interiors.

BA in Interior Design or similar
Strong experience delivering FF&E proposals across residential projects
Strong supplier knowledge within the mid to high-end market
Familiarity with procurement processes
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp for plans and layouts, and Adobe Suite for presentations
Strong understanding of materiality, furniture and supplier coordination
Confident working alongside interior architecture teams
Experience liaising with external visualisers and consultants
Highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple workstreams
