3–6 month FF&E contract for a prime residential development in London
An opportunity for an FF&E Designer to join a design and development studio on a 3–6 month contract, supporting the delivery of a 500-unit prime residential scheme.
This is a freelance position to support the increased workload of this project, focused purely on FF&E across multiple apartment types, communal areas and amenity spaces. You will be responsible for developing FF&E proposals, ensuring a cohesive design language across the scheme.
The role will also involve delivering the FF&E for a marketing suite and liaising closely with external visualisation teams to bring the scheme to life.
The ideal candidate will be an FF&E Designer with experience working on residential developments or contemporary-led residential interiors.
- BA in Interior Design or similar
- Strong experience delivering FF&E proposals across residential projects
- Strong supplier knowledge within the mid to high-end market
- Familiarity with procurement processes
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp for plans and layouts, and Adobe Suite for presentations
- Strong understanding of materiality, furniture and supplier coordination
- Confident working alongside interior architecture teams
- Experience liaising with external visualisers and consultants
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple workstreams
This is a growing design and development studio based in Central London, with an established portfolio of high-end residential projects.
