These are roles to design London’s newest residential project. Depending on your skills and strengths you will be working in a team or perhaps overseeing a couple of architects and assistants on a part of the project, liaising with client, authority and consultant bodies. Working from feasibility stage through concept, developed design and planning submission, you will be tasked with producing well documented and high quality visuals and graphics, drawn information for submission and imagery for presentations, coordinating with the wider design team on a large complex high rise London regeneration scheme.
The successful candidates will be a qualified architects ideally with 2-8 years of post qualification experience and a keen desire to contribute to a busy practice where collaboration and hands-on involvement are key. Strong experience of large UK multi-unit housing projects is essential, with solid understanding of London housing design guides, policies and residential planning regulations. You will be an excellent communicator, verbal, written as well as graphically and be able to convey your own ideas and overcome design challenges. Revit essential.
