Revit Package Architects/Technicians - Contract
About the position
These are immediate roles to join an existing team to produce and coordinate packages in revit for a significant London housing project at RIBA stage 4-5. You will be responsible for high quality architectural drawings including but not limited to facade, envelope and/or core, partitions, floors, doors and coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure buildability and compliance.
About the candidate
- Qualified architect/technologist with experience working on large, complex, high-quality UK residential projects at RIBA Stages 4+5
- Experience producing and managing detailed packages, schedules, specifications
- Thorough understanding of UK planning laws, regulations, and construction methods
- HRB and BSA experience highly advantagous
- Expert revit with experience working in a fully BIM enabled practice environment
- Availability to start ASAP/shorter notice periods are preferred
