Deliver a significant London housing scheme as part of notable design name.
This is a role for a senior architect at associate level to join an existing team to work on a landmark lury high rise housing led development at stage 4. You will be reporting to a director, overseeing a team of architects and technicians across varying levels, liaising with client, consultants and contractors on the production and coordination of information in revit to successful delivery.
- Qualified architect/technologist with extensive experience experience delivering large, complex, high-quality UK residential projects
- Significant experience managing packages/projects at RIBA stages 4-5, coordinating with contractors, subcontracts and consultants
- Thorough understanding of UK planning laws, regulations, and construction methods
- HRB and BSA experience highly advantagous
- Expert revit with expeirence working in fully BIM enabled practice environment, producing and coordinating packages and models
- Strong leadership and management capabilities
- Availability to start ASAP/shorter notice periods are preferred
