Midweight FF&E Designer
About the position
We are seeking a talented and proactive Midweight FF&E Designer to join a dynamic team working on luxury residential projects in the UK and internationally.
The role involves supporting the development and delivery of high-end interior schemes from concept through to completion. Responsibilities include creating presentations and FF&E specifications, producing furniture layouts and elevations in Vectorworks, sourcing furniture, fabrics, lighting and accessories, designing bespoke pieces, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and managing FF&E schedules, procurement administration and project documentation.
About the candidate
- Previous experience in a luxury residential FF&E role
- Strong knowledge of furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, and accessories
- Proficiency in Vectorworks or AutoCAD and FF&E scheduling software
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Experience coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers
- Confidence working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- A proactive attitude and strong organisational skills
- A keen interest in sourcing, trends and bespoke design development
