About the position

  • Create, develop and coordinate 3D BIM models on a range of large complex projects
  • Set up project templates, families and libraries
  • Conduct audits and ensure accuracy, data quality and compliance with standards
  • Provide general technical support across project teams as and when required

    About the candidate

  • Experience working as a BIM Technician in anarchitecture practice
  • Strong practical experience modelling, updatingand coordinating BIM models for complex projects
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes andstandards, including ISO 19650
  • Experience working with ACC (AutodeskConstruction Cloud) platforms
  • Experience with Rhino, Grasshopper and Rhino.Inside.Revit highly advantageous
  • Approachable with excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
  • Passionate about BIM technologies and eager to share knowledge with others
