Part III Architect
About the position
Supported by project associate, you will work within a team of architects and interior designers on the initial design stages of high profile mixed use / workplace projects, although this firm value all rounders and there will be opportunity to work on post planning and delivery stages of a range of projects. You will be producing early design and development work for presentations and submissions and assist in effective communications with client and authorities.
About the candidate
- Part III qualified with a strong academic and career record
- Experience at a recognised design firm working on workplace retrofit projects
- Strong design sensibilities and technical rigour
- Curious, pragmatic, and creative mindset with the confidence to challenge ideas and themes
- Desire to contribute to practice life on a personal as well as professional level
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with Revit highly desirable
