Interior Designer
About the position
A rare opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to join a client-side studio to help deliver interior architecture and FF&E design across a range of UK and international projects. Working closely with senior leadership, this role combines creative direction with hands-on project delivery, from concept through to completion.
You will drive design vision, develop bespoke elements and present concepts to clients, while ensuring projects are executed to the highest standard. The role also involves leading project coordination, managing documentation, overseeing timelines and supporting team development. Strong leadership, technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
About the candidate
- Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture (or equivalent)
- 6+ years’ experience, including at least 4 years in luxury hospitality or residential sectors
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Proven experience across all project stages, from concept to completion
- Excellent space planning and technical design skills, with strong knowledge of materials and finishes
- Deep understanding of FF&E, suppliers, and bespoke furniture design
- Confident in client presentations and communication, both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills, including timelines, budgets, and coordination
- Ability to lead, mentor and support junior team members
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving ability
- Adaptable, collaborative and proactive in approach
