Workplace Architect - Revit
About the position
Supported by an associate, you will join a team to work on a significant London workplace refurbishment project from RIBA stage 3 and into stage 4+5. You will be taking the design from a spatial concept through to delivery, finalising layouts, producing and coordinating packages and assisting in effective communications with client, authorities and contractors. This firm are busy and do not pigeonhole, so there will be opportunities to work on and lead projects across a range of sectors and stages.
About the candidate
· Part III qualified architect
· Stand out academic and career record with experience working at a named design firm
· Experience working on UK high end commercial workplace projects, ideally retrofit
· Strong design sensibilities, technical rigour and excellent communication skills including verbal, written and graphical
· A curious, pragmatic and creative mind who can challenge ideas and themes with confidence
· Eagerness to contribute to the practice on a personal level as well as professional
· Revit essential
