Middleweight Interior Designers

This position will see you working closely with senior designers and directors, supporting the development and delivery of high-end hospitality and multi-residential projects from initial briefing and concept through to detailed design and site installation.

You will contribute to the creative development of projects while helping to maintain consistency in design intent throughout. The role will involve preparing presentation materials, producing clear and well-structured drawing and documentation packages, and supporting the coordination of FF&E and interior architectural elements.

A strong level of organisation and attention to detail is essential, alongside the ability to manage deadlines and maintain a high standard of quality across multiple workstreams. You will also be involved in sourcing materials, finishes and suppliers, contributing to the studio’s wider design resources and project delivery.

A September to October start is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years’ experience, ideally with a strong background in high-end hospitality and hotels

• 4 + years’ experience with a leading design studio
• Confidence contributing across both concept development and technical delivery
• Experience producing presentation documentation and detailed drawing packages
• Strong understanding of FF&E, finishes and interior architectural elements
• Ability to source, specify and coordinate furniture, finishes and fittings
• Working knowledge of building regulations and practical design constraints
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, with SketchUp advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
• A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• A strong design sensibility across both contemporary and traditional styles
• A positive and adaptable attitude within a fast paced environment
